Positions Available
Junior Marketing Co-ordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a disciplined, innovative Junior Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our marketing function across a diverse portfolio of audiovisual and related technology brands. This role requires a balance of creative vision and structured execution to support integrated marketing activities and brand growth.

What You’ll Do
Social Media & Content
- Plan social media and electronic marketing campaigns in line with company and brand strategies.
- Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Manage and create content: graphics, reels, videos, product highlights.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
- Support internal teams, brand ambassadors and customers by providing structured content guidance and marketing assets.
Design & Digital
- Produce high‑quality design materials such as banners, invites, newsletters, and campaign collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters (Mailchimp).
- Maintain website content.
- Create electronic media packs for distribution to customers.
Events & Campaigns
- Assist in the planning and execution of exhibitions, training sessions, product launches, and partner engagements.
- Manage invitation lists and RSVPs. Conduct surveys and collate feedback.
- Prepare budgets for events and present to management for approval
- Coordinate marketing materials (banners, flyers, swag, etc.).
- Support the sales team with campaign execution.
Internal / Sales Support
- Gather info for case studies.
- Help maintain showroom/demo spaces.
- Monitor products and brand presence in specialist technology stores.
- Liaise with specialist technology stores for company brands to engage with their marketing and training events.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of marketing experience.
- A creative flair with strong design skills (Canva / Adobe Suite a plus).
- Good communication & organisational skills.
- Passion for social media, tech, AV, audio visual or events.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
