Positions Available
Sales Administrator
Role Objective:
To grow and nurture relationships with existing dealers
To establish and develop relationships with new dealers
To grow sales and GP contribution from the above
Qualifications And Skills:
• Technical qualification preferred, minimum NQF Level 3
Knowledge and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in audio visual technology
• Knowledge of audio visual and related technologies, projectors, LCD displays, video conferencing and technology solutions
• Must understand solution selling
• Technical solution specification experience for projects
• Develop user requirements by understanding the dealer’s business and customer profiles
• Ability to build relationships at multiple levels of the customer
• Ability to liaise between customer and pre-sales with interpretation of the technical information under discussion
Personality Traits:
• Industry and product knowledge to advanced level
• Presentation skills at advanced level
• Good negotiation skills
• The ability to link and work with a range of specialist individuals and teams/functions
• Confidence to manage client expectations
• Act with integrity at all times

Sales and Admin Coordinator
Role Objective:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including
• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and process sales orders, stock transfers and sales reports
• Follow up on logistics and provide ETA to sales team and customers
• Maintain and update customer and supplier databases
Provide reporting and administration support to management
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
Act as liaison between sales team and company operations including finance, logistics, warehouse and service division
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage stock levels, draft purchase orders to maintain stock levels and track deliveries.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Matric with 5 years sales or office administration experience
• Diploma in Business Administration, Management or Marketing
Knowledge and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technology sales environment
• Knowledge of audio visual and related technologies, projectors, LCD displays, video conferencing and technology solutions preferred
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Knowledge of sales processes and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Pastel)
• Good understanding of distribution operations
• Experience in dealing with technology-based products
